The Elite LASIK & Cataract LASIK Lifetime Plan is one of the least restrictive, and most comprehensive, LASIK plans in the entire industry. So long as you are medically cleared for surgery and your vision has degraded beyond 20/20, we will correct that degradation with the latest technology we have in our practice — regardless of how long ago your surgery was. It’s as simple as that.
In fact, we’re the only practice in the Indianapolis area who makes that promise, because we care that much about you having perfect vision for life.
And unlike plans from many other LASIK providers, we do not require you to have annual eye exams with us to keep this plan active (although it’s highly recommended). The only restriction we must mention is that this plan does not cover vision loss from cataracts, because the only solution in that case is cataract surgery.
