Contacting us is the first step of your LASIK journey. You can fill out the Contact Us form on our website, or you can call our office. When you fill out the Contact Us form online, one of our vision consultants will contact you within the timeframe you request after it is submitted.
Initial Phone Screen
When you talk to our vision consultants, they will ask you some medical questions as part of our initial screening process. You’ll be asked questions about how long you’ve worn glasses or contacts, if you have any eye issues, or if you have any systemic diseases, like diabetes or thyroid issues.
After asking you these questions, the vision consultants will then explain in detail the different procedures we offer. They’ll also describe what to expect at your evaluation and on procedure day, and they’ll give you information on the types of payment options and financing that we offer. At the end of the call, they’ll schedule you for you complimentary consultation.
Consultation
Your consultation will last about an hour and a half. During the appointment, our vision technicians will take scans of your eyes and test your vision. Then, one of our doctors will talk to you about your different treatment options. If you are deemed a good candidate, then you can schedule your procedure!
